Please advise why account number *** says we now owe R5000 where else only 2 debit orders were not paid and i tried by all means to get the details to pay but your call center said only my wife can obtain the details of making a payment this is really not on.i will involve lawyers if i have to because i don't understand how a bill can go from R1800 to R5000 in 3 months, this is day light *******.
