Telkom has assisted someone to do a swim swap using my numbers which has left me vulnerable to my account being hacked and my money ****** from my bank account. How does telkom assist someone with a swim swap without an original Id book, proof of residence and biometric fingerprint. This has put a toll on me and my family. Had to sell my furniture so we can survive. I don't have money to sue telkom and even if I did who am I. I am deeply sad.
