TELKOM IS A ****

I bought airtime 2 weeks ago via telkom banking but I never got it,they sent an sms that the issue was resolved bt till today I’m not getting my Airtime.now they want to investigate and I must answer stupid questions every day but still nothing is being done.can I get my money so I’m can throw away your simcard please.I’m defenately changing this network.
