Telkom is a ****

I would love to extend my greatest disappointment with Telkom. Telkom has been debiting from my bank numerous times but i have never received any device... Sim card nor a router. Each time they will debit any amount they want and i would have to visit my bank and reverse at a cost. I am not happy with how they have **********ly with me. I have attended to the matter from last year but till this day i am still experiencing the same hurt... And this affects my credit score
