Telkom is a ****

So Telkom has been *****ing money from my account. It started off as little as R900 and this month they have taken R3 111. Everytime this happens I have to go to the bank and dispute. This has been going on for about a year now. I've called them and they keep transferring me from one person to the next and never resolved it. Also have a colleague who has same issue with Telkom and with her it got to a point where she couldn't dispute anymore and lost all her money cause at the branch they said she must call the online people. I've honestly run out of options at this point. Might as well change banks because of Telkom.
