Telkom is a ****🤮🤮🤮

If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolute garbage.

I paid my telkom account well in advance during January and instead of being rewarded for being a great customer, I get debited again. I call in and I’m told I can reverse the payment from my end. I do exactly that and guess what? I get charged R220.62 for rejection of payment by telkom. What the f@&&)! hell!!?? I’m absolutely annoyed and will be cancelling my contract with telkom because this is unacceptable. Telkom is a **** of a company and I wouldn’t recommend getting a contract with them!
