Telkom is a ****

I bought 1.5GB at 18:30 this afternoon 15 mins later I received a message that I only 700mb while my phone was charging in less than 20 mins my data was used up. I called the customer Centre to enquire about this , both the customer service consultant were rude and drop the phone on me without assisting me . This is not the first time this has happened and I have never received any help. Telkom has the worst customer service and doesn’t help.
