Telkom is a ****

Had a 24month contract with Telkom. They are such a ****. I'll sometimes purchases data and it won't work so as good as if I don't have any. They say they'll resolve it but never do. I've had this problem countless times and not even once did they assist me. Don't know why I'm even still with them.
