Telkom is a ****

Im very disappointed wth telkom mobile.. Sumwhr last year around may i bought a wifi router online tht comes with 25gb of data only to find Out only 5gb of data was send to me... I then went to telkom store to check nd the lady who was helping me said i took contact of 5gb according to the system she gave me the number which i called to cancel which thy dd send the delivery guy to send a device.. Which thy kept on deducting money evn aftr i cancelled and returned their product... Today i was called by nudebt telling me im abt to be black listed for not paying telkom.. So im so disappointed
