Telkom is a ****

i app**** for a data sim card at Telkom , it was delivered no one followed up with regards to activation , tried calling no one could assist with activation , i went to a Telkom store still they could not activate the sim card , i was asked to buy a new Sim card and do a sim swap , i refused to do that as the sim was still new i requested for a cancellation , we than went into a lock-down i called again to find out if the cancellation was done still no answers after holding for more than an hr on the phone , i now still getting a bill sent every month for something i have never used... which i asked to cancel more than 6 months ago...Telkom must close down ..they can not services clients but they want money
