Telkom is a ****

I am very upset with Telkom. There is no self service where we can update our banking details, we have to call, get cut off and not to mention their poor network. My old banking details are no longer active and I updated today and they are telling me I’m going to be charged an extra fee. My advice is never trust Telkom and their rude consultants. I have 3 accounts and I want to cancel them.
