Telkom is a ****

For over a year I have been back and forth between consultants and customer service agents. I took out a Telkom data sim contract over a year ago and after the 3rd month their accounts department made a botch up of th debit date, resulting in disputes but continued debits.

As it stands my account is R745,90 in the minus because they refuse to correct and cancel the contract knowing full well I do not have the sim card and have not used their services since the dispute. No email, call or social media message has come back with a response and their follow ups have not happened to date. Every month the amount changes. One month it's just under 800 next month it's over 2000 which means they continue to include failed debit orders even though they have not rectified their mistake.

Telkom is the most useless unprofessional cell provider in South Africa and have since become bullies and *******.
