Telkom is a ****.

Telkom has the worst service ever in April I cancelled one of my contracts before time and I was billed incorrectly. I have been going back and forth with telkom and they do not want to refund me but my account is in credit.. And I am also told my contract was renewed without my consent... Telkom is a ****..... I have been promised a refund since the 26/08/2022 but to date I have not recived my funds..case number ***4 and all the call center agenta ive been speaking have been lying all this time.
