Telkom is a ****

I have a contract with Telkom which is supposed to be R199 per month for 10gb day and 10gb night data... But they now charging me R320 and I have been trying to get sorted out for over a year and everytime I do follow ups they let me talk to a robot and I afterwards I get a funny text saying my case has been resolved. It's really frustrating cause they don't even have offices where one can go and get it sorted... Never in your life take a contract with Telkom it's the most useless service provider I've ever come across
