Telkom is a ****

I joined telkom 2 years back my contract was suppose to end this year September . I called them to cancel the contract the consult told me the contract will end. But unfortunately it continued to deduct from my account in october. I went to the branch in pavilion the guy told me the contract was canceled but i will pay R150. So i waited but more money was deducted including a R300 which i dont know what was it about. I then went back to the pavilion branch to enquire and i was told that was my last debit and it included a closing amount of R300 for the contract. But to my surprise today i get a statement which state that i owe R529. I regret the day i joined this network. If you know what good for you never ever take a contract from Telkom. Please i need help from ending this contract i tried calling im not getting through to their call center. Somebody please assist me. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😡😡😡😭😭😭
