Telkom is a ****

Good day.. My name is Takatso Kgatla, , I logged a call on Wednesday 10 March 2021 last week.. Before then it was since 1st of March to telkom . To be precise..and I have no gotten any help stil... I have an outstanding amount in my account v I have asked for a refund, but stil nothing, they just give me reference numbers but not attending to the case... Ref***6
