Telkom is a ****

I am having an issue with my Telkom land line, my number is ***, the line has not been working since December 2022, on the 19th of January 2023 we logged a complaint but nothing was done to solve the issue, I called Telkom and later I was called 3 times by technicians claiming to be onsite yet no one came to my address to resolve the issue, as a result I have not paid Telkom for the month of January as I don't see the point of paying for a service which is not being rendered to me and quite frankly I now wish to cancel the contract and get a refund for the month of December as I paid for a service which was not rendered to me. Telkom deserves 0 stars on the review.
