Telkom is a ****!

I app**** for a macbook air contract at Telkom in store. I was told the store do not have stock available, but the warehouse does and they would order 1 immediately. When I phoned today to find out whats going on I was told the store did receive a macbook allthough its not mine and they currently do not have stock at the moment and I am on a waiting list.

I am utterly dissapointed in the service I have received from Telkom. I have phoned numerous times, emailed, tried contacting them through their social media pages, but no one ever responded. I am seriously considering cancelling the contract and to take my business elsewhere. From what I understand I would be lucky if I receive my notebook anytime soon, but yet they want their money without me having the product I am paying for!!
