Telkom is a ****

Telkom delivered a fiber router which I was charged for (was supposed to be part of the deal I signed up for) but the router was faulty I returned it but got a call from their repairs team saying they are not replacing or repairing it. The router is new and still under warranty. Can’t understand why is Telkom an *********** company.
