Telkom is a ****!!!

I have received the sms below: “Telkom Reminder: Our records indicate a/c no ********** 70 is in arrears with R1718. Please arrange immediate payment to avoid suspension. Alternatively, refer to https://apps.telkom.co.za/alpha/public/register for Online Payments as this will ensure quicker receipt of payment & restorations. Kindly ignore this message if you have already made payment. Thank you.”

My other issue of the incorrect billing that I have is still unresolved, and now this???? Telkom is a **** and I will not let them rip me off any more
