Telkom is completely **** service . My adsl line goes down twice a month and they take over a week to come out each time. Which means I only have service half the time and pay for full service additionally it costs like 10 times more in mobile data when the line is down. When I contact customer service they are dismissive and just disconnect and stop replying as if they doing you a favour
