Telkom is a ****

<p>I'm on a 4mb uncapped line.. Which means unlimited internet access. Well on my 4mb line I actually get 200Kb and when I get throttled because I'm apparently a data abuser I get 30kb so howecome my mates in 50mb/s don't get throttled and they on uncapped wow Telkom you are bad </p>
