Telkom is a ****!!

In all honesty this establishment does not even deserve a rating because I have honestly never had to deal with a business that clearly holds no reapect for its own reputation or customers.

Yesterday I recieved notification that my account has been handed over for collections to some fong kong sounding collections agency with the expectation that I will settle an account for a contract I cancelled and requested they collect years ago. I will not be bul**** by your incompetence, I have the proof of escalated calls and promises of call backs of which today still no call back instead sms's saying the issue has been resolved and closed. I have been pushed from pillar to post by your social media handles and agents and now you bully me with ******* like handing over after you yourselves in writing acknowledged your error. I better be contacted with a solution and feedback or I am going to the ombudsman with this.
