TELKOM is a SCAAAMMMMMMMM.

Telkom doesn't even deserve a 0 rating. I've been having a contract with them since 2022 which my contract was ending last month. I started calling Telkom from April to upgrade and I was told to call in Aug. I then got a better offer elsewhere and I started calling 081180 to be assisted with a cancellation of my account. I couldn't get anyone on the line in Aug and Sept which I decided to Cancel the contract online. Sept I made my last payment, this month I received a bill which is 4x what I was paying, they didn't even credit the account and had a nerve of suspending my account. I call in to get a lady who doesn't know JACK which even ****ed me off. She then said she will send me an email with all the information I needed before end of business day and I'm still waiting....
