Telkom is a ******* service provider and I will never recommend it to anyone

I am up to my eye***** with Telkom. I wish someone had told me not to take contract with these people. I have been waiting for my number to be changed to contract, to this day I am still waiting. It has been a month since the request. Their customer service is **** to say the least. All they know is to send ****** invoices, which by the way are overcharging me. I also wrote a review a few weeks ago and nobody has contacted me. Thu=is goes to show how we, the customers are just a statistic to them. This is worst kind of service I have ever received. I have called their Call centre and I was told by Max that the manager from Mall of Africa will call me concerning the number change and my smart watch, 24 hours later nobody has contacted me. I was told by Max that I would be contacted before close of business yesterday. Everyday for the past one month I have been emailing Tebogo asking about the progress of my request and he has stopped responding to my email. I have had enough of Telkom and their bull****. I mean we pay a lot of money for these services the least they can do is communicate with us nxa.
