Telkom is a *******, don't take a contract with them.

I and two contracts with telecom, one for a cellphone and another one for a router. My cellphone contract expired and I cancelled it, a month after that my router bill came I owed R167 extra for which I don't know and the second month my 5 gig ended with within 7 days of which has never happend and I accumulated R500 out of data bill for just one day. How is it possible that in the year I was using my router my usage has never depleted within a few days but now it has. Telkom is a *******, I'll never advice anyone to take their contract. I regret ever using it. All they want is our money and no service, even their network is slow but they expect us to pay for service not rendered.
