Telkom is a rip-off

Telkom deserves a -99 rating. I had a fibre contract, which I was never happy with, even a single day. Took a contract for 50mbps download and 25mbps upload and was receiving average of 15mbps download. Complained and it was suggested that I upgrade to 100mbps upload and 50mbps download. I was then receiving average of 30mnps downlod. Complained and was told ro upgrade to higher package and the problem would be resolved. Twelve months money (+ R10k) down the drain. No wonder there is always long queues at the branches. They are a rip-off.
