TELKOM IS A *******!!!!!!!!!

I am so fedup with telkom. ***** took place in my sim so they say and its costs 12k and it happened in 1 month. it was a down load of an app that costs R4000. I HAVE DISPUTED WITH TELKOM AND NOT GETTING ANY HELP. I even went to their head office in centurion and still no one wants to see me and hear my complain. i have emailed big bosses still no one is helping me. What else do i need to do because i have submitted everything however nobody wants to take responsibility of their weaknesses. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO REQUESTED AND GAVE CONCERN FOR MY LIMITS TO BE INCREASED TO 12K???????DID I SIGN FOR IT AND WHERE???????? OR MAYBE A RECORDING then I can be held liable. NEXT STEP I think we will meet I court.
