Telkom is a *******

My debit orderbis for 25th. Telkom debited me on the 24 when i didnt have money in the bank and they addedba fee of more than R200 on my bill even after i made a direct payment when i received an sms saying i must make a direct payment.

Even after i made a payment Telkom debited my account the following day. Im not happy because i was charge to reverse by the bank and even though i made a payment they charged me. When i tried to call they tell me its because there was no money on the 24th.

Im really dissapointed.
