Telkom is a problem for me

Telkom is a problem for me. I purchased a R499 fibre package on the 21 March 2025 and still have not received it after numerous calls to the call centre. They just keep promising to install the following week as they've just said again today. Never do they comply. Do I need to report them for ***** now or which further steps should I take. I am now passed the LIVID 😡 stage!!!!
