TELKOM IS A PI OFF!!!!!

Telkom has taken a ' debit order reversal' amount of R202.00 after debiting my account the day before I get paid which was the 24th August and thereafter debiting my account on the 30th August!! I have laid so many complaints in on it as I said monthly payments are to be made on the 1st of every month but I put the debit order for the day I get paid which is the 25th of every month and never before have I been charged a fee or debited on the 24th!!!! I have asked so many times for that R202 to be reversed back into my account and to date nothing!!!!!

Think I will reverse the entire amount at my bank and make a manual payment of the monthly amount due!
