telkom is a pathetic company!

I sent my phone for repairs in Decemeber 2014 and still haven't received my phone 10months later.Ive been paying R250 for 10months without a phone.Ive reported it many times with case numbers etc...but no response from Telkom at all.The repair center says my phone left there in April 2015 but the store claims that they haven't received it....they make me run up and down to the store for nothing.Telkom bills me incorrectly and don't want to replace my phone which they have lost!! I urge people not to ever deal with Telkom at all...it's a terrible company and doesn't respect or take care of their loyal customers.
