Telkom is a not the same anymore

Guys no, this is starting to be a norm on your side. My debit day is the last day of the month and for the month of May I made an EFT payment on the 25th of May which was on a Tuesday... How long does it take to have it clear on your side? I mean I can't have this problem every second month and being charged penalties for something that I paid for and worse being charged R7. 00 for bank charges cause of " insufficient funds". With this being said I'll be expected to pay for penalties that I didn't budget for??? No man this is absurd, rather just tell us to stop doing EFT payments cause even your agents can't give us the correct information about when you ask for the correct information.
