TELKOM IS A NON EXISTING COMPANY

Telkom's agents with the managers are *********** to work at Telkom. I am paying for a service that i dont get im waiting since December today the 08th of March no wifi at home. cancelling my ORDER then order again. credit my account deducting from my account. this is ***** after i sent numerous email stating i dont stay at that address and still get charge. Telkoms agent are bad mouthing each other saying if an agent tells a customer such thing they are *****. The cant place an order properly. Hung up the phone in my ear. losing their temper with myself because im frustrated with Telkom - i have to phone 4 times a day with no luck. Do not go to telkom they are useless and ***** (they dont phone back when they say they will) ive been given 72 hours on a daily basis and waiting for nothing.
