Telkom is a no show

I have been promised numerous times that a technician would arrive to install the telephone line, since the beginning of August and yet no one actually arrives on the day on installation. Today (Order number ********** 98) was supposed to be another opportunity to install the the telephone line and Telkom is still a no show. I am at my wits after a month of empty promises.
