Telkom is a no go zone network.

<p>For all I know is that am disgusted by Telkom and there staff. From me having a very bad services for 9 months with no proper or no network at all and paying for it. To now technicians calling me to just insult me. My rights as a customer has been abused by Telkom staff. I hAve seen bad services but it can never be amounted to what Telkom has been given there clients. Am sure out of 10 , 6 people agree with me. Telkom is the most poor network on earth , they don't leave up to there promises and they should change there slogan to TODAY AND TOMORROW IS NEXT YEAR. NOT TOMORROW IS TODAY. when you load a query they will only attend to it after 12months. TO MR MSIBI FROM THE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT THAT CALLED ME JUST TO BE RUDE TO ME TELLING ME "NO WONDER WHY TELKOM HAS NOT HELPED" when I was asking him what good will it do me couse I have done that about 100th time, I say thank you for opening my eyes about the real Telkom how they really treat there customers, if you are in the low level of your department I pray they give you a bigger position so you can decrease the level of customers Telkom has and now that would be nice for customers that are left with the network to have speedy assistance, clear network and anot honour promise. However you will also have a clear strategy of how to handle the marketing team and the sales department on how they should make money for the company or getting there volume's on a sky level. Service I rate Telkom -1m poor </p>
