Telkom is a NO-GO Zone

After upgrading 2 Mobile devices and paying for them monthly on contract i am still waiting for items to be delivered 2 months later. The 2 Telkom advisors I dealt with, Thandazile Chiya and Silindile Khumalo cannot reply on any emails or do not understand what they are supposed to do. Shocking. Goodbye. Never again.
