Telkom is a no-go zone

Telkom has been making it hard for my mother to cancel the mobile wifi contract as they have been purposefully ignoring her requests for cancellation. What's worse is that at they automatically reloaded data into the mobile wifi at the end of the contract without informing her of whether or not she wanted to renew it.
