Telkom is a nightmare to deal with

Telkom is a nightmare from start to finish. They make the process of contacting anyone at Telkom impossible in the hope that you will just give up and keep on paying your monthly bill. Cancellation was requested in Oct 2023. It is now March 2024 and its still not done. You call, hold on for 45 minutes then get cut off. Emails go unanswered. No feedback is given on enquiries lodged..
