TELKOM IS A NIGHTMARE IT'S THE ANC OF NETWORKS

Telkom is a nightmare in every regard it's like the anc of networks. I used this network for 2 years under contract and this is the worst service I have recieved from any company. The network connection is bad for calls and data connection, but their prices are really competitive, in the end it's not worth it. I got over charged for insurance services that were not even active for months, the staff is *********** and not willing to help. I called for assistance on multiple occasions even went to the branch for help but none of them know what they are doing and honestly that's where the problem lies , they send you back and forth from admin plus to telkom and eventually I requested my matter to be escalated to the team leader pinky ntombela who after failing to listen eventually did the cancellation but the money I had to pay never got reimbursed due to the untrained staff and lack of service/remorse for all the trouble I had to go to...I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NETWORK PROVIDER
