Telkom is a nightmare

The worst cell phone network ever! Why is it even still running. Everyone I know complains about the network, their *********** service, they never report back and when you call in your case is never resolved. It took me months to cancel my contract and I was told that I did not owe anything since my contract was at its final month. 3 months later I received an sms and email saying that I owe R402. I have been hounded with this invoice since January, via sms in the early hours of the morning. I made a dispute and It has still not been resolved, 3 months later.
