Telkom is a nightmare

Telkoms subsidary company offered me an extra line and it was loaded as an upgrade 9 months into a 36 month contract. Now telkom has locked my line and all my family's numbers who are linked to my contract. I logged a query on the 8th of May and my lines are still locked and the agents are useless and some even end the call while I'm still talking to them. To date no one has called me. I would advise anyone to do business with Telkom. Biggest mistake ever. I am currently paying for a service that I. Blocked from using due to their mess up. How is this fair???
