Telkom is a Nightmare!

I am very irate with the treatment I have received From Telkom Mobile since I first got a contract with them, the service from the call center Agents is very poor, I just don't understand how they do things. My services get suspended every month due to collections stating I that my payments bounced back when I know I have sufficient funds in my account, I have had to make manual payments every month to keep up with the record and change payment dates but I'm still having the same issue. The Agents are not well equipped with the information they provide to customers and the Team leaders are useless. I wish I could just cancel this contract once and for all. I am not happy.
