Telkom is a nightmare

So after taking out a contract with telkom for WIFI and having what some may call a simple transaction going wrong, I still had faith and endured the nightmare a little longer with hopes of waking up to a sane world where things can be accounted for and where logic can be app****. Few months down the line ***** takes place on my account and no one from Telkom can explain how this actually happened and security measures are put in place to protect customer. ***** case was opened and i had to run around getting affidavits for no one to even pick up a call to notify me of what happened or how the investigation is going. A huge some of money was collected from my account and no one could explain the security process before approving any additional products an existing client may want to add on to a existing account. ***** stars may just as well get your info and not even a signature will be required for the transaction, you will only get a shock of you life once you realized what telkom allowed to happen with your account and personal details. My time with Telkom has been an absolute nightmare and the service has been appalling to say the least. Case ********** 3 and ********** 8
