Telkom is a nightmare!

I have been struggling to get stable internet from telkom for over a year now. I'm sure that i am one of thousands of frustrated customers. We are a small business and finally accepted that telkom will never step up their game and service. Then suddenly our telephone & internet line went completely down and has been off for a week! I was then forced to deal with telkom's horrible consultants that and empty promises... until today i need to follow up and always get the same response that my fault has been lodged and that a technician get to us today... Today never seems to come and we are so frustrated!!!!! we are loosing business & paying telkom for services that we cannot make use of. RIDICULOUS.
