Telkom is a money making scheme, refusing to cancel my contract.

Telkom is a money making scheme, once yo take a contract with them they will refuse to cancel it even after the 24 months has lapsed. I requested telkom to cancel my contract and migrate my number to prepaid. I requested them to cancel the contract 3 months back( towards the end of march 2019) and until today the contract has no been canceled, instead they have blocked my number. I cant make calls, cant receive calls or send or receive messages. Every time when i call, they tell me they have escalated the matter. They are still debiting my account on a monthly basis for a contract that i do not use or no longer need. the contract is a free me 5gb. Contract start month was October 2017 and it should have ended on October 2019.
