DO NOT USE TELKOM TELKOM IS THE WORST TELKOM SUCKS YOU DRY, DRAINS ALL YOUR MONEY YOU WILL HAVE NO MONEY LEFT IF YOU JOIN TELKOM PAY EXTRA WITH ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER IF YOU HAVE TO. This company should not be supported. Do not use their services. They are the worst. Avoid them completely. I told them I wanted to cancel my old contract before taking a new one. Do not trust them. They gave me a settlement figure. Do not rely on their promises. I paid the settlement, submitted proof, and was assured everything was cancelled. Do not believe their staff. Only then did I sign up for the new contract. Do not make the same mistake. Three months later, I get an invoice showing an outstanding balance on the old contract. Do not risk this happening to you. I called them, and they said my settlement went as a credit against the old contract. Do not accept this nonsense. They told me they can’t do anything about it. Do not expect accountability from them. I said it’s not my problem and they must fix it. Do not expect fairness here. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THESE MONEY-HUNGRY PEOPLE. You might think you’re happy now, but you will face a massive problem later. Do not ignore this warning. Guaranteed disappointment. Do not use their services.
