Telkom IS A MISTAKE,with zero percent service delivery!!!!!

I've taken up a new contract with Telkom ,and when they were suppose to deliver my device the sales consultantant captured my name as Lazarus and they didn't deliver my device,Futher more I called them and it took forever for them to answer my call,and when I eventually got through to someone she said she will transfer me to another department,of which I requested them calling me back before end of bussiness yesterday to resolve this matter ,still no call,again this morning held the line for 25 min from my cellphone on my expense no answer,I think taking up a Telkom contract is a huge mistake as they don't know the first thing about service delivery even if their financial lively hood depended on it!!!!
