Telkom is a ****ming business

Telkom are a bunch of ****mers. How is it that I'm being charged R200 for a debit order missed when they failed to collect the money eventhough I had the money available in my bank account. Again this month they have failed to collect their debit order on agreed date. And now my account is transferred to lawyers. It's all a **** to swindle more money out of my pockets. This is the first and last contract I'll ever have with telkom. I don't appreciate being taken for a ride.
