Telkom is a mess. Paying for a 4MB line but can barely watch videos

I've been with Telkom for 8 years now, and why does there always have to be a problem? For the past few months our internet continues to slow down. It's definitely not how it used to be. It's a 4MB line but 80% of the time (no joke), a youtube video doesnt even play. Other people in town have the same problem. Wish Telkom would fix this problem in Frankfort, as we're still paying a lot of money for what? I don't even think about watching youtube today as I know i'm gonna watch one video and the others will all buffer, then play for 2 seconds, then buffer and buffer until i've waited 10 minutes for the next 2 seconds. Fix this, you are charging money but not delivering. This is not 4MB, so why are you still taking my money??? Don't use Telkom. Try to call them? Oh please that is a mess. You will hold for 2 hours (no joke) then no one knows how to do their job and just keep sending you to the next person until someone cuts you off. EVERYTIME. Telkom is a mess
